dissers.info — Brian Murphy, the star and comic best known for his role in the 1970s British sitcoms Guy About the House and George and Mildred, has passed away matured 92.
Murphy, that died at his home in Kent on Sunday early morning, functioned closely with theater supervisor Joan Littlewood throughout his very early profession.
More recently, he appeared in episodes of BBC clinical dramatization Holby City, sketch program The Catherine Tate Show and ITV sitcom Benidorm, as well as funny show Last of the Summer Wine.

He took place to celebrity in the spin-off George and Mildred, where Murphy played a henpecked George Roper opposite other Theater Workshop starlet Yootha Joyce as his spouse.
